Net Neutrality Rules

The Federal Communications Commission’s reversal of the net neutrality echoed to every nook and crevices of the planet. The official announcement will be made on Thursday that will bring down the net neutrality news signed by the Obama Administration. The lawful publication in the government website Federal Register will prompt state attorneys general along with advocacy groups to sue to oppose the regulation.

According to sources the December FCC rule will be made public on Wednesday and officially published on Thursday. The FCC Chairman, Ajit Pai’s endorsement of the proposal is a bespoken triumph for Internet Service Providers (ISP) like Verizon, AT&T, and Comcast. It gives them the authority to reign over what contents that subscribers can access.

This is not the type of internet service that users will experience with Decenternet. Decenternet is the most compelling hyper-speed P2P decentralized internet communication solution that blockchain can make. It gives users the freedom to bail out of the ordeal of constrained and obstruction because the centralized internet is no longer the only internet.  With Decenternet, users achieve net neutrality. With the exclusion of net neutrality rules, ISPs will have the authority to dominate what content users can access to directly without consent.

Net neutrality advocates call for the FCC to be capable of controlling broadband rates if it is the obstacle to implementation. ISPs suggest that the FCC is not in the position to regulate broadband rates, either by exorbitant regulations or via complaint-driven fee order.

Public Knowledge, as well as others, persist in supporting state efforts to backpedal the FVV decision by creating their own net neutrality bills or executive laws implementing neutrality in ISP contracts with governors. This move is to acquire power in blue states and aims at the rule repeal by filing cases.

Movers and shakers on both sides of the net neutrality issue could sustain to financially benefit through continuous argument, but consumers made it clear that net neutrality is no doubt a bipartisan issue.
